Q1: Where do you ship from?
A: We have warehouses in both Hong Kong and mainland China. Your order will be shipped from one of these locations depending on product availability.

Q3: Are all items on the LorBoutique store authentic?

A: Yes! At LorBoutique, we only sell authentic Lolita and Ouji fashion. If you spot a replica by mistake, let us know, and we'll remove it right away. We’re committed to offering only original designs and making LorBoutique a trusted place for authentic Lolita dresses.

Q4: Will my order go through a quality check?

A: Yes, absolutely! We conduct a thorough quality check on all orders to ensure that everything is perfect and matches what you’ve ordered. 

Q5: Can I change my shipping address?

A: We can only change the address before your order is shipped. Once it's with the carrier, we can't update it. However, if you need help, contact us, and we’ll try to work with the shipping company.

Q6: How long does it take to process my order after payment?

A:For in-stock items, we typically ship within 5-14 business days after payment.

      For pre-order items, shipping may take 1-6 months.

     Please note that processing times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Q7: Can you combine my orders for shipping?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders as items may be processed in two different warehouses.

Q8: Can you split my order for shipping, and what’s the extra shipping fee?

A: Yes, we can split your order for shipping. If you request split shipping during the normal processing time, there will be an additional $5 shipping fee and $3 handling fee. If the delay is due to unpredictable factors on our side, we will split the shipping for you at no extra cost.

Q9: If I order a pre-order item along with in-stock items, will everything ship together or separately?

A: By default, we will wait for all items to be ready and ship them together. However, if you'd like the in-stock items to ship first and the pre-order items later, we can split the shipment for you. Please note that there is an additional $5 shipping fee and $3 handling fee for split shipping.

Q10: Does the price on LorBoutique include customs fees?

A: No, the price does not include customs fees. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If applicable, you will need to pay them on the package arrival.

Q11: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $199 to the following countries: USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, UK,Germany, France, Spain,Italy, and Australia—no coupon needed. For other countries, we offer free shipping on orders over $299 with the coupon code: FREESHIP.
